• Largest Magic Lesson
Cagliostro, a noted Israeli magician, set a new world record for holding the largest ever magic lesson. On June 11, 2015, 1573 schoolchildren aged 10-11 years gathered in the Haifa’s international conference center to take part in the magical event.
• Most Dogs Wearing Bandanas
In May 2015, 764 dogs wearing bandanas participated in the Million Paws Walk in Canberra, Australia, setting a new world record for most dogs wearing bandanas. The previous record was 364 dogs.
• Most Rubik’s Cubes Solved Underwater
Kevin Hays set a new world record for solving the most Rubik’s Cubes underwater in one breath. Hayes solved eight Rubik’s Cubes while seated at the bottom of a dunk tank at Washington University’s Thurtene Carnival on April 19, 2015, holding his breath for two minutes and five seconds.
• Fastest Mile on Two Wheels
In June 2015, stunt driver Terry Grant drove a revved-up Nissan Juke Nismo RS at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and broke Guinness’ world record for the fastest mile on two wheels by a four-wheel car; with a time of two minutes and 10 seconds.
• Biggest Cup of Lemonade
A New Jersey couple set a world record by serving more than 1,700 gallons of lemonade in a single cup. In June 2015, Michael and Trish Adkins hosted an event to raise funds for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (for childhood cancer). The 10-foot-tall, 6-foot-wide plastic cup was filled with 1,735 gallons of lemonade.
• Oldest Active Pilot
Peter Weber Jr., a 95-year-old California man, is the world’s oldest active pilot. Weber was 95 years, 4 months and 23 days old when he flew three looping circles around an airfield near Sacramento on March 30, 2015, setting the new world record for the oldest active pilot.
