The weather is warming up, Pesach is behind us and summertime is approaching which can only mean one thing – new restaurants! Many restaurants wait until after the holidays to open their doors. Business can finally get moving at a steady pace and they can test out the waters in their new space. Summer is always a popular time for restaurants to open because people want to have new and adventurous experiences once the temperature rises. If that means trying out the new restaurant on the block or even miles away, diners are up for anything.
