Hanukah season is here. That means doughnuts
and parties! Try this easy doughnut recipe, sure to be a crowd pleaser at any party.

Doughnut Holes
Ingredients:

Dough

1 frozen pizza dough ball defrosted

1 inch round cookie cutter

2 cups oil for frying

Directions:

1.Roll out dough and cut out small circles. Keep rolling and cutting until dough is fully used. If the dough is sticky you can flour the surface to make it easier to roll and cut.

2.Heat oil on medium heat in a sauce pan.
After 5 minutes of heating place one dough ball inside the pot.

3.When the dough is golden brown remove from oil.
Place in the rest of the dough balls.

4. When dough balls are golden brown remove from oil
and place on a paper towel.

5.Allow doughnuts to cool.

Caramel Glaze
Ingredients:

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon oil

4 tablespoons water

1 cup of coconut topping
