The Urgonight Headband takes an EEG of your brain and then uses this information to show you imagery on your smartphone to help retrain your brain to sleep better, using a technique known as visual neurofeedback. According to their research, participants were on average falling asleep 40 percent faster, and reduced the number of times they woke up during the night by more than half.
