Beef Kabob Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 15-20 cinnamon sticks
Basil Garlic Aioli Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
Beef Kabobs
- Preheat your oven to the broil setting on high and position a rack about 6 inches from the heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, parsley, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into 15-20 equal portions and shape each into a small oval or football shape.
- Insert a cinnamon stick into each portion and gently press the beef around the stick to secure it.
- Arrange the kabobs on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm with the basil garlic aioli and top with chopped basil or parsley for serving.
Basil Garlic Aioli
- Add the olive oil, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, salt, lemon juice, and honey to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
